Terms & Conditions

Students must hold a current provisional driving licence and be produced at your first lesson for checking.

You must be able to read a number plate form 20.5m (approximately 4-5 car lengths) please ensure you wear your glasses or contact lenses if you need to at your lesson. Please advise us of any changes to your driving licence, health, medication or eye sight immediately.

Fees are payable before the start of all lessons. No refunds, including payment of pre-booked hours.

We require 24 hours notice of a lesson cancellation, otherwise a £25 cancellation fee will be charged or the lesson is fully chargeable ( usually when the instructor has travelled to agreed address to collect student) We will attempt to message (text, whatsapp or FB messenger) if we’ve arrived and there is no show after 5 minutes and then advise after 15 minutes that we’ll be leaving after agreed lesson time.

We reserve the right to cancel lessons and will advise so, as soon as we can.

Cancellation of lessons due to students who we deemed to be unfit to drive, for effects of alcohol and drugs (prescribed or otherwise) are fully chargeable.

We will start and finish lessons usually in the same locations, unless otherwise agreed in advance. It may be required for safety purposes , for us to drive the student to and from the lesson location, this will form part of the lesson time.

We are responsible to provide a candidate to be ‘practical test ready’ and expect out students to have passed a MOCK TEST in area where there actual practical test is booked, as directed by the DVSA. Please ensure you consult with us before booking your test. We reserve at anytime the right to withhold the use of the car, especially if deemed , in our opinion, you are not safe or prepared to take the Practical Driving Test.

Ready to Pass? Passify uphold the DVSA 5 point checklist to see if you’re ready for your test.

1.You do not need prompts when driving . 2. You do not make serious or dangerous mistakes when driving. 3. You Pass Mock Tests. 4. You practise dealing with nerves. 5. Passify Driving Instructor agrees you’re ready to pass and will be safe independent driver.

Passify students Practical Driving Tests should be booked by yourself and preferably at Trowbridge Test Centre. Booking another test centre may incur additional costs and will be discussed on an individual basis. Please advise us before booking to ensure the availability of the car. We are usually able to provide the car for our students, as Driving Tests do take priority over lessons, however it’s not guaranteed especially at short notice.

To cancel your Driving Test please give the DVSA 72 hours notice, failing to do so will result in the loss of your test fee. Please also advise us immediately.

We cannot be held responsible if the DVSA cancel your Driving Test, you may be charged the agreed lesson fee as this is beyond our control.​
